Real estate was a natural career choice for Jim, given his upbringing in a household where his father worked in construction and contracting, his passion for sales, and his entrepreneurial nature. Since obtaining his license in May 2001, real estate has provided him with numerous opportunities for growth. Along the way, he gained valuable knowledge about mindset, goal-setting, working with diverse personalities, and leadership. Jim excels at transforming his real estate agent status into a thriving profession, developing it into a successful career, and growing it into a significant business. He takes pride in supporting others in achieving their property ownership dreams. Despite lacking specific degrees or certifications, Jim has been recognized as the company's Rookie of the Year and the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors' Top Sales Agent, and he is a proud member of the Master Sales Society. In his leisure time, he enjoys baseball games, kayaking, and spending time with his wife, Amy, engaging in activities like exploring Flea Markets and Antique Shops for vintage baseball memorabilia and listening to live music. Jim is a lifelong resident of the Poconos, a devoted family man, and an enthusiastic learner with diverse interests in history, art, and science. Alongside his wife, Amy, he built Galligan Realty Group, with their greatest success being their daughter, Emily.
